SSS-650 Genesis Crew Roster...

Organization is the key to success...

Survey's of high school-age young adults reveal that what they want in an organization is the chance to plan and direct their own activities. With the help and guidance of adults, Sea Scouts have every opportunity to get this experience, because the organization of a ship is set for that purpose.

The domocratic way is successful to the extent that the petty officers and members carry out their responsibilities. This means that all petty officers must know their jobs. They must remember that with authority goes responsibibility.

A crew member is to know their role, whether they are a petty officer or member.
