SSS-650 / Genesis is an activel participating all female crew at the R.A. Rasmusen Sea Scout Base in Portland, Oregon.

Genesis is chartered by the Elks Lodge #1805 of Gresham, Oregon.

Genesis has two vessels used to teach maritime skills to her crew members. Typical of most Sea Scout crews.
